Kristin Casasanto,
Assistant Director of Employer Relations in the Tufts Career Center, offers an
overview of just a few of the career resources available to students of diverse
backgrounds.
A diverse and multicultural workforce focusing on
understanding and appreciating employees’ differences strengthens the
foundation of an organization. Many hiring organizations seek job candidates
from under-represented groups for opens at their company. Thus, many career
resources that have been developed for diverse job seekers, to assist in career
development, networking, and the job search.
The Tufts Career Center provides career resources and
